~MY HTC Touch 3G~

一向喜欢HTC Touch设计精细的智能电话

但没有3G 功能
也很向往拥有 iPhone 以便能跟上潮流　O_o
可是还是接受不了它体积较为长又大
而且不能下载Microsoft Excel (我没Microsoft Excel 不行）
所以忠于我的Dopod 818 Pro 两年了
现在终于等到HTC Touch 3G 面市了

当然不可错过!
若将来有Smaller Version iPhone面市

我一定第一个扑去买!

~My Lenovo IdeaPad~

我喜欢又小又轻的Laptop 以方便带出国
但由于AhFat是IT Freak, 要求完美
去年在他的怂恿下共同买了蛮笨重，什么都齐全的14inch LG Laptop
趁着最近的PC Fair宠一宠自己买了10inch Netbook Lenovo Ideapad S10
终于可以带着小巧玲珑的Baby IdeaPad 陪我环游世界，漫游世界了！
都不晓得是不是Ah Fat使的诡计以让他能独自享有LG Laptop ??? =_="

~Dress Up Your Greens~

During the 2nd class, I leant to :-

- Prepare basic French dressing, mustard dressing and Italian dressing

- Prepare Oriental dressing and Singapore dressing

- Prepare mayonnaise and its derivations (tartare, thousand island and cocktail)

- Prepare Caesar salad

- Prepare Thai salad dressing

Culinary Workshop 101 Module 5- Dress Up Your Greens completed

Today is my very first visit to SATS Catering Training Kitchen

I learnt to prepare and bake simple biscuits, fruit tarts, choux pastry, chocolate sauce etc

This is my work station, my personal kitchen

all ingredients are well prepared

what I need to do is just follow step by step instructions

Simple :)

All pastry turned out nicely and edible, no worries O_o I finally complete
